AV Music Lessons is for “all voices” and “artful virtuosos” for all ages who are looking to learn to play the Piano or Keyboard, and/or learn to Sing and improve their Vocal technique, abilities and potential, giving you the confidence to perform those songs you love, be it Pop, Rock, Jazz, Blues, Soul, RnB, Gospel, Folk, Indie, Dance, Contemporary, Classical, Musical, or even one of your own!! SING, PLAY, COMPOSE, learn music theory and how to read sheet music, and learn the correct microphone and performance techniques.
Increase your ability to play anything on the piano or sing out a tune and get your groove on. You will learn a song in your first piano lesson and the skills to play any song you choose, and you will learn the tools and techniques it takes to increase your vocal range and strength, and to sing with ease and confidence in your performances and find your voice. If you can speak you can Sing!!
AV Music Lessons offers a range of learning styles in a vibrant and encouraging environment to suit the individual learning needs and requirements of the student providing ongoing support, education resources, training tools, VCE and AMEB exam support with individual and group training available tailored to suit your level of needs.
Boost your child’s confidence and personal progress via the development of coordination, motor skills, creativity, self-expression, and musicality. Anna was once a very shy child who, thanks to her Mum’s persistence, had her take up piano/keyboard lessons from age 8 and was sent to the Johnny Young Talent School for singing & dance lessons from nine years of age, where she learned to gain the self-confidence in the many years and following and hasn’t looked back since! It was due to her performing as a singer in a funky Melbourne band around 2008 that was going into the studio to record their album where she knew she needed some vocal maintenance, and thanks to her encounter in undertaking voice training in Speech Level Singing, her immediate improvement & opportunity for training led her to become the Specialist Voice Technician & Vocal Coach and Singing/Music Teacher she is today, giving people a voice and mentoring talent. Loving helping others and being around children, the endearing memory of helping out as an Aide at her old Primary School will be one that she will never forget, where she now continues to offer her support throughout various education schools from Primary through to Secondary, as well as Private after School Studios, including her own.
The aim and philosophy of AV Music Lessons is to give every student the most enjoyable musical experience possible, with professional informed teaching, encouragement and ongoing support, educating and empowering individuals through nurturing creative talent, fostering innovative performance for personal development, growth & expansion, for production and performance on a local and global scale. We strive to help our students build self-confidence, focus, determination and a sincere love and appreciation for music that will carry through into their futures and lifelong learning aspirations.
You can be a beginner or come with experience, we are here to help, so please feel free to contact us Monday to Saturday during Business hours: 9am-4pm. Lesson Bookings via negotiated time to suit. We are closed Sundays.
